Delivery Charge

Delivery is to the UK Mainland only, at a standard price of £3.95 or £5.95 for Next Working Day delivery (Note: We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isle of Scilly, Shetland Isles or Northern Ireland)

Delivery Method

Items will generally be dispatched by courier and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not likely to be in during the day then you can choose to have the items delivered to a different address, such as your work address. Please note that the delivery address can't be changed once the item has been dispatched.

Dispatch Timescales

The cut-off for Next Day delivery is 15:30. 'Next Day' orders placed after 15:30 will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered at the weekend. There may be a slight delay if an item is out of stock, but we will notify you by e-mail if the delay is more than a couple of days. All items are held in stock as standard, but we run out occasionally if there is unexpectedly high demand.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can order as a guest by providing your delivery details, or you can create an account. Once you have created an account all of your address and contact details will be remembered for your next order so you don't have to enter them again.
Account customers can also log in to their account at any time to:

- Track an order
- View previous orders
- Re-order a previous order

Payment is by credit/debit card.

When you have completed the checkout you should receive an email confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Card Security

At the payment stage of the checkout process you will be connected to the Secure Payment Servers at PROTX, one of the largest independent payment gateways in the UK. For maximum security your card details are entered and processed directly by these payment providers on their secure servers. We do not have access to your card details, and at no time are they stored on our systems.

If your card is part of the 'Verified for Visa' or 'MasterCard SecureCode' schemes then your card provider may require you to enter your '3D Secure' password during the checkout. When this happens you are typing the information directly into your card providers site, not ours.

Suitability of Goods

We try our best to provide accurate information on our website, but errors can sometimes occur. We may also list customer reviews and provide links to independent 3rd party reviews in order to provide you with more information about your purchase, however we have no control over the accuracy of these reviews. Therefore, customers should check product suitability and full specifications on the manufacturers website before purchasing.

Returns & Cancellations

You may return an item if you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods, but only if the item has not been opened or used (the Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to examine the goods as you would in a shop, once you have broken the seal on an item it can't be returned). Please note that if you purchase a 'multipack' (eg. a box of 10 pouches) this counts as a single item, so if you open a single pouch from the multipack then you have in effective used the item. For this reason, if you have never tried the product before, please purchase the individual trial pouches first to make sure you like the flavour before buying them in bulk. Please see our full terms and conditions (during the checkout procedure) for an explanation of your rights as a consumer.

In all cases you should contact us first to obtain a returns number, goods returned without a valid returns number will be rejected.  We will only accept returns where the goods are returned complete, undamaged and unused. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, including adequate insurance cover.

Privacy Policy

Tao Technologies Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than for the purposes of order fulfillment (eg. we have to tell the courier company your address!). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
